The Good Faith Examination is a comprehensive medical assessment conducted by a licensed healthcare provider before certain prescription-based, regenerative, wellness, or aesthetic treatments can be initiated.
During your examination, we will review your medical history, current medications, health goals, and any relevant risk factors to determine whether a treatment is appropriate and safe for you. This evaluation allows our clinical team to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and desired outcomes.
The Good Faith Examination may include:
• Review of your medical history and current health status
• Discussion of treatment goals and expectations
• Assessment of potential risks, benefits, and alternatives
• Determination of medical eligibility for treatment
• Development of a personalized treatment plan
• Opportunity to ask questions and receive clinical guidance
This examination is required prior to initiating many prescription therapies and medical aesthetic treatments and helps ensure that all care provided at Sundrata Clinic meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Duration: Approximately 15–30 minutes
Important: Completion of a Good Faith Examination does not guarantee treatment eligibility. Treatment recommendations and prescriptions, when applicable, are based on the provider’s clinical judgment and assessment findings.
