The Good Faith Examination is a comprehensive medical assessment conducted by a licensed healthcare provider before certain prescription-based, regenerative, wellness, or aesthetic treatments can be initiated.

During your examination, we will review your medical history, current medications, health goals, and any relevant risk factors to determine whether a treatment is appropriate and safe for you. This evaluation allows our clinical team to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and desired outcomes.

The Good Faith Examination may include:
